Mark your calendars! The Fall Community Yard Sale has been scheduled for Saturday, October 17, 2026 from 7:00am-2:00pm. Management will notice the sale on Craig’s List and a banner will be displayed on Reems Rd.

Reminder- a wrought iron view fence inspection will be completed mid-2026 as there are several throughout the community that are still in need of painting. The approved color is flat black. Please make sure this is completed if you have a wrought iron view fence that is need of painting. This work was to be completed by June 1st, 2026 to avoid notices of violation. Examples of acceptable conditions and unacceptable conditions are below. If you are unsure-please send a photo of your fence to kmcmurray@pdsaz.com and it will be reviewed.
