Wyyerd Fiber is a new utility that is building a fiber network in the community. They are permitted by the City of Surprise to do this. They are digging in common area, in the streets, sidewalks, and in the front yards. This is not being done by the HOA. Any issues can be reported to Wyyerd Fiber directly- 623-455-4555 or jennifer.rogers@wyyerd.com. They have been very communicative with me so it shouldn't be a battle with them if an issue arises while they're digging. I am told that the asphalt on the sidewalks is temporary and they should be fixing it properly near the end of the project, probably a few months.
Thank you for your patience.
