View Fence Inspection

Dear Resident,

Reminder- a wrought iron view fence inspection will be completed mid-2026 as there are several throughout the community that are still in need of painting. The approved color is flat black. Please make sure this is completed if you have a wrought iron view fence that is need of painting. This work was to be completed by June 1^st, 2026 to avoid notices of violation.

Examples of acceptable conditions and unacceptable conditions are below. If you are unsure-please send a photo of your fence to kmcmurray@pdsaz.com and it will be reviewed.
