Coronavirus (COVID-19) PDS Plan of Action
Out of an abundance of caution for all residents, Board Members and PDS staff, we are minimizing public exposure as strongly suggested.  As such we are closing our doors to walk in traffic.  Owners can still call or email Management with any questions or concerns you may have.  In addition we offer many services online so feel free to visit our website at  Your Community Manager will still be in the office and we anticipate no interruptions to the business at hand.

PDS is taking the health of the Boards, homeowners, residents and PDS staff seriously.

We appreciate your patience and understand during this difficult time.
Reminder: Dogs must be on leash

All dogs must be leashed when they are not on the Owner’s property! Per Section 3.12 of the CC&R’s “All Permitted Pets shall be confined to an Owner’s Lot except that a dog may be permitted to leave the Owner’s Lot if such dog is at all times kept on a leash not to exceed six feet (6’) in length and it not permitted to enter upon any other Lot.”

It is also against Maricopa County ordinance Number 13 Section 7 (a-e) for a dog to be “at large” and owner’s can be cited. Please keep everyone safe, including your animal, and leash your dog when taking it off your property.
